Ultra High Bond Clear - High Temp Version

Made in Germany. Solvent free. High-temperature clear bonding tape (Prolink 1000RS).

A 1.0 mm clear pure acrylate tape on a PET liner, designed for heavy-duty bonding that must survive heat – for example, fabricating metal parts before powder coating. Biolink reports use through powder coating at approx. 200 °C for 35 minutes. Always trial in your own process first.

• Service temperature -40 °C to +150 °C; short-term exposure up to approx. 200 °C.
• Bonds polar plastics, metals, glass and ceramics; excellent gap filling.
• Firmer than the standard Clear and LE tapes, with lower initial tack. Not recommended for low-energy plastics.

Application: Surfaces must be clean and dry; wipe with isopropyl alcohol. Apply firm pressure (approx. 100–150 kPa) with a roller. Apply at approx. 16 °C to 40 °C. Bond strength builds over 72 hours.
